As a Founder of Oxford Elite Basketball Academy, in the last 6 years, Coach Florin, was involved in UK Basketball(BE) as a Coach, Referee and Table Official.

With a Basketball Player Career for 13 years behind, Coach Florin  is an Enthusiastic Basketball Coach and Disciplined Leader with over 20 years of International experience helping student athletes to realize their greatest performance levels in the game of Basketball. 

Eager to develop existing teams and grow basketball programs. Adept in guiding players to foster their competencies and gain new and beneficial skills. 

Experienced in helping players learn powerful techniques to improve their form and maximize performance and endurance. Dedicated to developing novel tactics for team-wide success. Bringing forth a personal background demonstrating powerful Coaching Skills and a commitment to the sport of Basketball.
