Camp Director
As a Founder of Oxford Elite Basketball Academy, in the last 6 years, Coach Florin, was involved in UK Basketball(BE) as a Coach, Referee and Table Official.
With a Basketball Player Career for 13 years behind, Coach Florin is an Enthusiastic Basketball Coach and Disciplined Leader with over 20 years of International experience helping student athletes to realize their greatest performance levels in the game of Basketball.
Eager to develop existing teams and grow basketball programs. Adept in guiding players to foster their competencies and gain new and beneficial skills.
Coach Florin possesses current enhanced DBS certificate, Safeguarding Children in Sport and First Aid Certificate.
Miroslav Zlatkovic
Camp Manager
Originally from Serbia, Coach Miroslav Zlatković is a FIBA Coach who is currently coaching professionally in the first league in Romania.
He has an extensive International experience at all levels of the game and he has coached youth and seniors in different countries including Serbia, Montenegro and Romania.
As a Graduate from the Basketball Coaching Academy in Belgrade, Coach Miroslav Zlatković is the Head Coach, Leader of Program and directly engaged to education for coaches at KASTA Camp Serbia which are official project of the Basketball Federation of Serbia and Ministry of Sport . Also Coach Miroslav Zlatković was Program Coordinator Coach for U15 M National Team Selection - Basketball Federation of Romania.
During 23 years experience in his Basketball career, Coach Miroslav Zlatković is a multiple medal winner in Serbia and Romania Youth Championships.
Alexandru Radu
Camp Coordantor
With an experience of 30 years in Basketball as a player, coach, tutor, Coach Alex is a Senior Lecturer in Sports Coaching Basketball at University of Worcester and Basketball Coach with experience at National Team level.
Delivered team sessions and individual work-outs at camps in England, Wales, Lithuania and Romania.
He is Author of four basketball books as well.
Coach Alex possesses current enhanced DBS certificate, Safeguarding Children in Sport and First Aid Certificate.
Patrycja Miller
Camp Coach
Coach Patrycja is a highly dedicated basketball Player and Coach with the drive to succeed. Also, the current Captain of the Woman's Oxford Brookes Basketball team with 7 years of experience in the game at high level. Coach Patrycja possesses current enhanced DBS certificate, Safeguarding Children in Sport and First Aid Certificate.
Matei Balteanu
Camp Coach
Coach Matei started playing basketball at the age of 11, and some of his achievements include being part of the Romanian National Team for both U16 and U18, as well as playing National League in Romania. Now, Matei is the captain of the Worcester Wolves basketball team which competes in the NBL Division 2.
Apart from his basketball career, Matei is studying a Masters in Human Resource Management at the University of Worcester. Moreover, he is also coaching the Worcester Sixth Form basketball team, as well as being the assistant coach for the U16 Worcester Wolves Academy team.
Grace Kirpal
Camp Coach
With 8 years experience in basketball, national league level, Coach Grace is player and Vice President for the Women's Oxford Brookes University basketball team.
Coach Grace is currently in her final year of studying Architecture at Oxford Brookes University.
She was Coach for a youth girls college team, giving the experience of being Coach.
Tadas Minkevicius
Camp Coach
Originally from Lithuania, Coach Tadas started playing basketball at the age of 8 in Lithuania, where basketball is the number one sport. A player at Oxford Hoops Local League, last season joined the coaching team as an assistant coach of the U12 National League(League Champions).
I understand the fundamentals of the game and want to share that knowledge with young athletes to become better people and great players.
